TECHWR-LERS:
The Technical Communication program at CU-Denver is considering offering
an online version of the course called XML and Single-Sourcing in the
future. The course introduces students to the management of large
networked technical documents produced from a single-source. Students will
learn to implement modular design strategies for the development of
single-sourced technical documents using XML. Equal emphasis is placed on
technologies, theories, and methods. (A syllabus may be found by going to http://comm.cudenver.edu/~sapief/320.php)
We are currently doing an assessment to determine whether we might have
sufficient interest from students. If you are interested in taking this
course, please contact me via private email at
fsapienz -at- carbon -dot- cudenver -dot- edu -dot- It would also help if you could explain the
reason why you are interested in learning it.
Thank you.
