I think that you've got a very nice illustration of the brain's aptitude for
pattern recognition. Good eye! (I bet every other word heard in Boston
these days is "good eye!' or 'swing batter!')
I'll beg off on the trademark infringement question. I've studied law,
and it would take a great deal of further study to understand the issue and
predict a sensible outcome. A seasoned judge would doubtless conclude
something different from me anyway.
But I do admire a good eye. Here's hoping you have two, but even one is
impressive!
