Hi, Anne

Are you asking for info on having your user guides printed by a printing
company or buying a new printer?

If it's a printing company, the first questions I'd ask is if you're
looking for 4-color output, what the quantities are, how many pages, and
do you prefer binding that can be updated with change pages (requires
3-ring binders) or permanent binding such as perfect binding or saddle
stitching? That's it for starters ;)
