Hi,

I have been tasked with creating an information
repository. The information should exist as some kind
of heirarchy with mappings between different
information elements. For example, features details
contained within a list of features, features
contained within a product listing, products contained
within a list of scenarios.
The idea is to create chunks of information that the
sales team can plug in and quickly create customized
sales proposals.

My first thought was to use XML but I might be wrong.
I would like to hear from people who have done
something similar.
What did you use?
What were the specific tasks in the project?
What output formats were supported?

-Gauri
