I'd give them a hard copy and let them use a red pen.

If they are resistant to the technology, they probably don't NEED it to achieve their goals. They may feel more comfortable with a hard copy and a pen. If they are forced to use the computer, they may become frustrated, and your feedback goes downhill from there.
