Just thought I would drop a line and say that two (not one, but two;
that's how cool this list is!) members of TECHWR-L were able to
perform the necessary conversion.

I have always regarded this list as my "Ace in the Hole". With access
to a community this large and this helpful, I know I can always tell a
manager "If I don't know how, I will figure it out." confident that,
with 5000 tech writers around the globe just an e-mail away, there is
absolutely nothing they can throw at me in terms of information design
and communication [and close to any other topic, actually].

Heartfelt thanks to everyone that offered help, suggestions, and advice.

Sabahat.
