Gang,

I think we're going in circles here. I think it'd be best that
interested parties contact Eric off-list and work out a deal. Whatever
happens will happen regardless of the conversation here, as Eric and
Deb have indicated that they must offload the overhead of Techwr-l
from their lives. If you are in a position to make an offer, please do
so. I am confident that no matter what happens, a resource will be
available for us to use.

Just my thoughts.
