I must admit that I read it wrong and ran with it. I searched the archive
and it is clear that what I thought you said was not what you said. I
filtered it. I found the post I misread. I assumed that you said the
meetings started this way, not that you were apparently surprised that
they did not. I looked a day ago, so I might be misquoting you yet again.

Sorry... Bob will try reading the posts in the future.

The only possible excuse I have is that after we became a Self-Directed
Work Team, we would start meeting off that way It was called for when we
drafted out Key Goals Statement. We had to tell each other our name and
the projects we were working on. It eventually stopped.

So....
