This is perhaps not where one talks of STC
membership restructuring initiative. I should not
talk, maybe, not being a member, but I cannot
seem to help it :-(

- in the newsletter they said about a
'subscription-like membership' for institutions
and libraries. Online subscription option should
be given to individuals too, makes a lot of sense
for 'remote members'
