I don't know about other chapters, but as for Puget Sound's, you don't need
to be a member to access the job bank. This has been the case as far back as
I can remember. But then, this bank has very few assets. This also has been
the case as far back as I can remember. There happen to be 10 listings right
now, and that might be an all-time high. And this is Microsoftville. For the
vast majority of job listings, you have to go through the agencies (which
don't charge to look either).
