Whereas, MM has recently changed their upgrade pricing policy such that we
can no longer upgrade (you need X4 to upgrade to anything, we only have
9.2), so it would now cost us $999 instead of $699, and
Whereas, that makes WebWorks Publisher Professional 2003 for FrameMaker, at
$950, more comparably priced, and
Whereas, there has been no response from MM as to the rumors of RHFM's
demise,
Resolved, we're going with WWP.
