Not really...
If asked straight out "Where do you live" and you lie, then yes, it
is. However, if you simply give information on how to contact you; an
address, a phone, etc., that gets to you but through transfer, so?
It's just contact information.
With the way numbers can be retained now, I can move from NJ to CA
and take my phone number. I can move my landline phone number to my
cell phone, then move 2,000 miles and still kerp my cell phone
number.
