Hello all, I thought everyone might enjoy this daily log of computer problems/user problems, etc. Yesterdays was interesting because there was no documentation for a new tech. support person and people told him they had no idea about anything because it was his predecessor's problem!

There is a new problem ridden scenario daily.

Enjoy! Michele
