For my current manual, I've just been grabbing screenshots of my app and pasting them into my Word document. This is easy, and it works, but it has me questioning the efficiency of it. If I saved the shots as files, I could optimize them for size and such. How does this work for pasted images in my Word document?

Thanks for the help.
