I recently created just such an animal using Multimedia Builder (evaluation downloadable from www.mediachance.com). It is relatively inexpensive and can create an autorun. You can launch just about any type of file from within your application, PDF, HTML, AVI, etc. When I showed my boss the first CD she was impressed. Took about half an hour for the first pass. It still needs a little cleanup but getting rave reviews, so far.
