In my quest to use only free software, I use the GIMP on both Windows and Linux.
The screen capture tool is basic, but having PhotoShop-level editing capacity at
non-PhotoShop prices more than makes up for it. Now that the GIMP supports CMYK
color models, I don't see any reason to upgrade PhotoShop ever again.
