The closest thing I can think of would be the exhibits by vendors at STC or
similar conferences. I'm assuming you're asking about products that are used
in producing technical documentation.

It's also possible that larger vendors might exhibit in various vertical
industries. For example, it may be that the translation software companies
exhibit at trade fairs for the book publishing industry. If you're
interested in a particular company (or a few), you could contact them
directly and ask if they will be exhibiting at upcoming trade fairs. Some
companies also put this information on their web sites, sometimes under
Investor Relations or Product Information.
