What ever happened to explaining in concrete, logical terms instead of
taking the word of "a book" written five years ago for situations that
may not directly apply?
If s/he is such an idiot that s/he doesn't get the point from a logical
explanation, it's s/he who is going to have to explain the blank stares
and hope that I'm not in the audience when the opinion survey is handed
out at the end.
I've stuck through awful training sessions only for the enjoyment of
filling one out. Yes, I'm aware that the person usually throws those out
before handing in the packet...which is why if the faculty allows, I
make a copy and forward to the appropriate person later.
