ah... I did worry about that sweeping generalization of MBAs... of
course, having an MBA doesn't mean you're an idiot... but like any
degree, incompetents slip through.

It reminded me a little of something I read this morning in the March
2004 Indus, India's STC newsletter. One of the Indian TWs was
interviewed. The article said, ". . . She rues that most of them
believe that all we as technical writers do is format and beautify the
document. Anyone can become a technical writer by just learning the
tools. "This is so untrue" she fumes."
