It was the unfortunate timing of your orginal post. It was burried in the middle of a rush of other posts on a topic about which people have a lot to say. I would have missed it myself if I hadn't been trying to find my place after being distracted by something in the office (I get digest mode so all emails appear in one and as a BIG list some times). Timing is a sure way to get your post overlooked by accident. It's happened to me, and I'm sure it's happened to other people. The only thing you can do is repost (which you did) and be nice about it. :-)
