I personally think that "keep on top" is evil. It may be ok
if you have a 47" monitor, but in the world of 17-21", it
just gets in the way... You open the help, find the topic,
read what you need to, click on the interface to perform
the action and you can't because the help topic is directly
on top of the widget you need to change. You get mad and
close the help, but by that time you've forgotten what you've
read and have to open the help and find the topic all over
again. Then, if you're lucky -- or *really* paying attention
-- you remember to minimize the friggin' help window this
time... Evil, I tell you!
But that's my two cents -- YMMV
