Looking for laser printer recommendation

Hello all, 

I have been asked to recommend a laser printer for a medium size company.
The printer should be have the following features:
 Ø B/W
 Ø 1200 dpi
 Ø min. 20ppm
 Ø Automatic duplex option
 Ø Print on A4, A5, Letter, transparency, etc
 Ø Two print trace would be nice but not required

This printer will be the primary printer in the company so reliability and low maintenance is required.
In the past I have been most satisfied with HP, but I am open to other suggestion.

Any recommendations would be appreciated
