Hi Keri,
This is my favourite Wordtrick! Very useful when you get a crapped up doc
that's all hand formatted Heading 3.
Under Tools>Options>View, at the bottom of the tab, there's a field labelled
Style area width. Set that to a number greater than 0, and when you are in
Normal view, the styles for each paragraph are show on the left side of the
Word window. One thing it doesn't show you, however, is the styles of text
in tables.
