Well, we bought them for our two-year-old daughter. I didn't mention
her initially because she wasn't germane to the issue, and I didn't want
to stray TOO far off topic.

On the one hand, I agree with you that such a note is called for in this

situation. On the other hand, I wonder what would possess anyone to buy
such a product in the first place. I hope you small children you can
blame this lack of judgment on ;-)
