It had the title "Information Specialist" so I thought I'd have a look.  
It's so bad that I can't even really read it without getting a headache.  
Who, in their right mind, would apply for this job?  What kind of 
HR/Personnel Dept puts out a posting like this?  or, maybe I've just had a 
tough week.
