I'm working on updating my resume and in one of my most recent positions,
I was essentially the Webmaster for a medium (around 900 employees) size
non-profit. My question is do I put that I was a Webmaster or a Web
Designer on my resume?

I was looking up job descriptions on salary.com and if employers actually
go by this, it says, "Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript,
and SQL." I know HTML and have used some JavaScript. Can I put that I
was still a Webmaster on my resume since I was the sole person maintaining
the entire web site? My career goal is to continue with a career in
something related to web design - ie. web designer, Webmaster, content
manager, etc.
