I don't know this is the first place that I have worked that thought
about printing bound manuals. By professional I mean professionally
printed and bound(like Adobe books). Currently we print everything in
house on an Oce printer and put stuff into 3-ring binders.

What do you mean by professionally printed? Off what?
What linescreen? How many colors? Etc.
