Someone asked a question last week about documenting WebServices.
I just found out that you can actually ask developers to generate a WSDL. A WSDL is an xml document that contains the equivalent of classes and methods available. You can than use an XSL to format the WSDL information in a more user-friendly manner and maybe merge the result with extra information such as method and parameter descriptions.
