You actually write to the City of Los Angeles because a street sign near Griffith Park reads "Obserbatory Drive" and it drives you nuts.
The sign stayed that way for a few years before it was fixed. Guess not as many citizens were as 'obserbant' on their way to the observatory - or at least not as vocal.
