Grammar is grammar. If your boss doesn't seem to take to your gentle but
firm counsel regarding his "corrections," provide him a copy of Strunk &
White's "Elements of Style" and stand by your position. Odds are that your
supervisor will accede or, if he or she doesn't, it might be a good idea to
continue to stick by your position whilst honing your resume.
