You have to create a project price that will give you what you need to
make per hour. There is no formula.

How many hours do you need to create a good style sheet that serves
the site well? Three hours? Then charge whatever you need to make
hourly times 3.5 hours for the style sheet. Be sure to include all the
time required for research and so forth. A good style sheet for a site
shouldn't cost less than $300. ; )
