Placing the anchored frame in a custom table format allows automation
and control over many aspects -- including title/position, anchored frame
alignment (if placed "at insertion point"), spacing, ruling and more
(this compensates for the lack of "anchored frame tags" in FrameMaker).

In terms of anchoring positions, however, you will be limited to
what's available with tables -- below current line, top of page, or floating.
