Actually, that's not true. The basic modules are what you wish them to
be. In my case, I use <section> as the basic module, and since it can
nest within itself, that works out very well. I reference my modules to
build up documents with the necessary higher level structure, such as
chapters and books if that's appropriate. I use attributes to denote
what goes into a reference guide, what goes into training materials, and
what goes into online help. I also use attributes to denote types of
users. Having a rich set of attributes to work with, and section as the
basic module, allows me to pretty much build anything one can imagine.
