As long as you agree that using Docbook as your XML DTD is the same as using
Normal.dot as you MSWord template.

Clarification. You can store, parse, transform, search a docbook document as you
would any other **Docbook** document.

True. But if someone insists on using an MSWord template with 600 styles in it
when all they want to do is produce simple memos, I'd argue they are using the
wrong template and should perhaps see if there wasn't a template better suited
to their needs or why don't they develop their own.
