Now that Acrobat 6.0 doesn't have the "free-form text tool" that Acrobat
5.0 had, how is everyone dealing with inserting additional text in PDF
files? This would be for text added to figures, for example, rather
than revision of text (which can be dealt with using the text edit
tools).
I'm looking for a way of dealing with this right in Acrobat 6.0; I have
an Illustrator workaround, but the result is a product with decreased
resolution. I can also use the advanced commenting tool, but you can't
change the size of the text from text box to text box (you can only
select one size for all in the Preferences) and you can't change the
color of the text at all.
I've looked through the archives, but haven't found a clear solution and
am out of time, so I apologize if this indeed is already thoroughly
covered in another posting.
