If Geoff's suggestion doesn't work, try this:
1. Uninstall WWP for Word
2. Make sure you're an admin on your machine.
3. Make sure Word is not your Outlook/OutlookExpress
default mail editor.
4. Make sure Word is all patched up and current (as
well as your OS).
5. Reinstall WWP for Word.
6. Make sure WWP is all patched up.
