These business journals, like the Rochester Business Journal (RBJ), also
list the DBA filings within the county each week. You will find some
software startups listed here, but they probably aren't going to be ready to
hire a TW for a year or more. Still start talking to them now. And, go back
into their archive a year and talk to the ones you find listed.
