Wow, Mark. I sure hope you aren't describing *your* corporate culture -- it
sounds like the fifteenth level of Heck. You describe a situation where the
writer gives a working draft to an SME, whose revised draft is then released
without first going back to the writer. Regardless of who controls the doc,
the writer should at least *see* the darn thing!
