sample schema for documentation?

I'm having a bash at using Word 2003 in xml mode for doco, but have no schema
to work with.

I'm pretty new to this so it'd be handy to have a sample or something
workable to at least get going with and get a feel for what goes on.

Anyone got any suggestions?
