Vlad, don't know if you got any help with this yet, but I was looking
through the Robohelp help file for something else and came across this:

"WebHelp... supports standard Help features (such as TOC, index, and
search), but also provides a customizable navigation pane, support for a
Pure HTML navigation pane to eliminate issues with viewing Java applets
and Dynamic HTML, and quick download performance..."

I haven't used the Pure HTML build, but sounds like that might eliminate
all of the JavaScript that comes with the standard Webhelp build.
