So, I've been reviewing a number of surveys and
questionnaires about documentation, and was looking
for solid information about survey bias and self-reporting
issues WRT technology and/or documentation. I've been
through the usual search process, but haven't come
up with anything worthwhile...anyone have pointers?

Basically, I'd like an objective source to point to about
survey bias, rather than trying to coherently recount
my dimly remembered information from psych classes many
years ago.

Eric
