I believe it was a Caution, but the style guide didn't
account for them, so the editor removed it. Pretty
sad, really. Billions of dollars up in smoke over an
editorial decision that never actually happened
because I just made it up.

Is that a good enough urban legend?

If not, I'm sure we could outsource the creation of
some to India for a few bucks...
