NEW RELEASE - SnagIt 7, the Biggest Innovation in Screen Capture History

In the past ten years, millions of people have come to value SnagIt
because of its ease of use and immense number of options. To show our
appreciation for your support, we've redesigned SnagIt based on your
feedback.

The result? A superior utility that provides the most convenience and
flexibility for screen capture experts - while making it easier for
beginners to use.

New features that especially serve technical writers:

· Profile management - Finally! Easily organize capture settings. No
need to keep changing all your capture settings, because SnagIt not
only remembers your various settings, but also allows you to
organize them for easier access and convenience.

· SnagIt OneClick - For the SnagIt lovers! Keep SnagIt hidden on your
desktop for whenever you need it. SnagIt now offers literally one-
click access to any of your favorite screen capture settings, making
the process of screen capture more integrated than ever before.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dan the technical writer read and re-read the SnagIt announcement
message. He hurried to try out the new profile management system, and
was delighted when he could easily save his profiles. He experimented
with the OneClick so he could have SnagIt present - but hidden - on
his desktop at all times.

He stammered, "It's as if they designed SnagIt just for . . . me!"

Suddenly, he looked around furtively for a camera. Saw nothing.

He wondered briefly if he had a bug in his brain. But he felt normal.

He dismissed his paranoid tendencies and decided to enjoy the new,
fresh face of SnagIt, the leading screen capture software.

"And make me the leading technical writer," he whispered to the walls.

STORY: Warming up to SnagIt

"I can't believe you're cold!" Dan the technical writer said to his
co-worker Amy. She always surprised him. Even though he felt
perfectly comfortable, she was forever wearing a sweater and running
her space heater.

"Dan," Amy teased. "It's nearly impossible to make every single
person happy . . . it's hard to get even two people to completely
agree on anything!"

"It's not that difficult," Dan countered. "Look at SnagIt."

"The screen capture program - what about it?" Amy asked.

"Well, SnagIt won the PC Magazine Editors' Choice Award and their
Five-Star Ranking Award. So all the editors had to agree on that,"
Dan said. "And - over seven million users have turned to SnagIt for
their screen capture needs. That's a big number."

"I've never actually tried to use it," Amy said. "So I don't have an
opinion."

Dan held back a gasp of disbelief. Instead, he swallowed, composed
himself and said, "Well, let me help you download your free
evaluation!"

Later, Amy hailed him as he walked past her desk. "SnagIt works
great!" she said. "I don't have to crop, I can capture absolutely
anything on the screen, and it makes my work go so much more quickly!"

Dan noticed that she'd shed her sweater and had her space heater on LOW.

Maybe that's why I'm always so comfortable, Dan thought. The
excitement of possessing good software is as warming as a cup of
coffee.

Start your morning off right - try SnagIt at www.techsmith.com.
