what I do:

code in C#
write installer scripts
write in XML
write schemas
troubleshoot build errors
write reference information
write procedural information
edit
publish for online help, PDF, and print
manage projects
direct workflows
lead teams

I have a Bachelor's in a non-engineering field.

Where the hell do *I* fit in? ;)
