Emily, I can understand your frustration but I think it's a little misdirected.
You can buy million dollar machines that require tens of thousands of dollars in
training expense before you can use them so what you spent isn't a justification
for expectations.
While you seem to have experienced more than your share of problems recently can
you really be convinced there's a better solution out there? FM and Acrobat are
both very stable and good at what they do when set up correctly.
Like it or not there are too many variable in computing for any company to get
setup right and automatic for all users. Heck, Microsoft makes the operating
system and can't always get its products to play nicely with the OS. Heck,
they've got problems getting some of the basic promised functionality working.
Time to take a step back and have a deep breath.
