Well, if the EULA says you cannot install the product
at work and also at home (the language says the second
PC is a portable one, I think), then:

If your employer wants you to work from home, or
supports such an endeavour, then your employer has to
buy you another seat of the software.

Otherwise, if the EULA doesn't permit the second
installation, and if you don't buy a second seat, then
you cannot work at home unless you move your PC there.
