Goober was essentially saying, "RTFM" -- not necessarily that *he* knows
what the FM says, only that he thinks that's where the answer is. In this
case, looks like Goober was right.

And yes, a EULA is an FM in my opinion -- the legal documentation of an IT
product. There had to be a tech writer involved in that, somewhere.
