I've been single-sourcing since 1998 with FrameMaker,
Acrobat, and WebWorks Publisher. I've since expanded
to XML in a structured FrameMaker workflow, and also
single-source code-side documentation comments to
HTML, CHM, and context-senstitive HxS for Visual
Studio implementation using Ndoc. I've also
single-sourced using Notepad and Access for a web
application, using well-formed XHTML markup as the source.
