I don't know of any such utility, but I find myself wondering just how much time and trouble it would save you, given that spell checking a document requires you to interact continuously with the software anyway. Even if you can do them all at once, wouldn't you want to take a break?

Subject: Multi-file spell checker?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a spell check utility that will spell check multiple MS Word documents? I have 285 documents that need to be spell checked using an English (U.S.) dictionary. I'd like to have a utility to run through all the files at once, rather than having to open each document individually, setting the default language to English (U.S.), and then running spell check.

Alternatively, if this isn't available, a good multi-file Search and Replace function would be useful. Any suggestions? Clarence Gray Technical Writer Agresso Americas
