I'm with Sean on this one. As an employer, I know what
I'm looking for, and I know I'll find it (especially
given this market). What separates one perfect fit
candidate from another is personality and ambition.
I've seen many resumes that looked like they were spat
out by some skills-compiling machine. I never look at
them. Why? Because skills are expected. Human factors
are what are important. Especially in a team
environment.
